Marc Leach, Vice President of Sales, comes to Conquest Training Systems, Inc. with a diverse background in information technology, transportation and sales management. His experience ranges from working with Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-up firms, including his own. As a former Conquest client, he is well-versed in the philosophy, methodologies and accountabilities of Conquest business growth systems.
Prior to joining Conquest, Marc was Director of Sales and Marketing for Zeosoft Technology Group, Inc., where he was responsible for managing sales development including direct sales, channel sales and OEM partnerships. In his current position, Marc is responsible for managing business growth, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and designing state-of- the-art management accountability systems.
When Marc isn't working, he spends time with his three children or on his bike. Marc is a former triathlete for the University of Arizona and currently a member of the United States Cycling Federation. He also is actively involved with Toastmasters International and other non-profit organizations such as HomeBase Youth Services.
Ryan Nicholas, Sales Professional & Trainer, brings to Conquest more than 10 years experience in industries ranging from banking & financial services, retail, hospitality, to contruction and home improvement. Ryan has also worked with a variety of trade associations including ASBA, AZaHA, and ERHA (now part of NRHA).
Prior to joining Conquest, Ryan's passion for training and excellence led him to found C.R. Consulting Group. His strengths lie in his innate ability to lead and motivate others to action. Ryan feels a self-accepted calling to cause growth and gain in the lives of others. Ryan's biggest strength is his desire to influence others. This desire, when coupled with his ability to "see the big picture" and tie yesterday and tomorrow to today can create excellent results in the organizations he works with.
Ryan is also very involved in his community and his church. He is a member of Chats Toastmasters, where he is past Treasurer, and past President. In May 2004, Ryan married his best friend, Erin. He and his wife reside in Scottsdale, Arizona. When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending time with Erin, hiking one of the many Arizona trails, sailing and waterskiing.
